On August 29, a team of experts from Jiangxi Crop Variety Approval Committee came to the company to conduct field fertility identification and investigation on the rice mid-indica Dual-purpose Genic Male Sterile Line "Gang S" bred by the company at the Mashan Research Base of Tianya Seed Industry. Zhang Shaohu, General Manager of Tianya Seed Industry, Yu Qiuping, General Agronomist, Tang Xianyan, Chief Breeding Expert, and Liu Hongbing, Vice President of the Academy of Sciences, accompanied the investigation.

The group was headed by He Haohua, vice president of Jiangxi Agricultural University. Through listening to reports from breeding units, field investigation, pollen microscopy of male sterile lines, bagging self-pollination and cross-fertilization in seed production fields, the group unanimously recognized that the agronomic traits of "Steel S" male sterile lines bred in Tianya seed industry were in good order. Sterility was stable, and the whole ticket passed the field fertility identification.

In order to further enhance the commercial breeding level of the company and build a molecular breeding platform, Tianya Seed Industry has invested heavily in the construction of Tianya Seed Industry Science Academy in the company's Mashan Research Base. With the completion of the Academy of Sciences, the scientific research strength of Tianya seed industry has reached a new level.
